Wise Resources Inc. is a consulting firm, started in 2006, with a passion for helping leaders purposefully align their Human Resources operations with their strategic plan. For this to be successful, it is critical that organizations ensure their organizational structure is effective, that they have the six essential components of the Employee Life Cycle in place and aligned, and that the management team receive training and support to equip them to lead and inspire their workforce.
Janet L. Mathieson, our founder and principle consultant, is recognized for her business acumen and strategic perspective. This has been developed through a diverse employment history spanning almost thirty years, with both Voluntary and Oil & Gas sector leadership positions. Wise Resources Inc. operates from a relationally based platform, supporting organizations in aligning their human resource practices to the culture of their organization.
