Organizational Design

The demand for talented and skilled people is increasingly competitive and expensive. Having a well thought out strategy for human resources management, organizational structures, behaviors and processes, can ensure that the organization is correctly staffed with the right number of people with skills relevant to both current and future needs

Evaluating the staffing structure and design of the organization is a critical first step. Aligning that structure with the strategic plan/vision of the organization allows the Management team to determine what skills and abilities are in place, if responsibilities and skills are aligned, are efficiencies in the work-flow possible, and finally what additional skills/competencies may be required.
